Flexible flyers don't fall

"Dear flyers: stretch at home every night no less than 30 minutes. Sarah's class is tomorrow 7-7:30. Flexible flyers don't fall. If you are choreographed to compete a skill you don't have ten times out of ten you need to be in the gym EVERY Day until you do."

Kan du inte skriva fler träningstips? typ om stretching,va man ska tänka på när man bygger och lite sånt? :)
